Our Company, Surface Engineering Ltd, have recently relocated to Unit 19, Britannia Estates, Leagrave Road, Luton LU3 1RJ. When we were at our old site and it became inevitable to relocate, we started to look around. Amidst a number of possibilities, we came across a very generous offer from Chamberlain Lettings Officer to split an existing unit so that it would be affordable to a SMS enterprise like ourselves. We cautiously said yes and started negotiating various details. We would like to state with pleasure that we found management and staff at all stages of negotiations very understanding and supportive. All promises made were honoured and our genuine needs were understood and catered for. The two managers, Mr Stephen Waters and Mr Derek Brace, who we directly dealt with were always accessible and ready to help.
